Testing exists to answer one question before a truck leaves: does this consignment match what the customer was told they would get?
Agreed before production
Grade, size band, packing and any test requirement are fixed at the quotation stage. That gives the plant a defined target and gives you something specific to hold us to.
Checked before dispatch
Material is verified against that target before loading. Anything falling outside the agreed band is held rather than shipped and blamed on transit.
Documented on request
Batch test certificates can accompany a consignment where your process, auditor or customer requires the paperwork.

Standards and certifications
Deshwali Minerals has not published certifications on its existing website. Rather than imply a standard the company may not hold, this page states the position plainly. Any certification — with its issuing body, scope and certificate number — will be listed here once supplied.

Quality — common questions
Batch test certificates can be issued with a consignment where your process requires them. Request this at the quotation stage so it is built into the order.
For most industrial duty the decisive parameters are available lime content, reactivity, size distribution and moisture. Chemical composition — CaO, MgO, SiO2, Fe2O3 and loss on ignition — determines what the lime can do; the physical parameters determine how it behaves in your plant.
Certifications held by the company have not yet been published on this site. Any certification will be listed here with its issuing body and certificate number once confirmed. This site does not claim standards that have not been verified.
Material that does not meet the agreed specification band is held rather than dispatched. Raise any concern with the sales team quoting your order reference and it will be investigated against the batch record.
