Packing decided by the destination
Lime degrades on contact with moisture and air. The right packing for a 200 km road delivery is not the right packing for a six-week sea voyage into a humid port.
Bagged
10 kg and 40 kg bags for manual handling and controlled dosing. Stacked, palletised and sheeted for road transport.
Jumbo bags
Bulk bags for mechanised handling. Lined options available where transit time or destination humidity warrant it.
Loose bulk
Covered tippers for buyers with bulk intake. Practical for domestic movement where handling exists at your end.
Containerised
Consignments stuffed into containers for onward movement by sea, with packing selected for the voyage.
Dispatch and routing
The plant is at Borunda in Jodhpur district, Rajasthan, on the Jodhpur road. Road dispatch serves industrial markets across northern and western India directly. Export consignments move by container to port.
The previous website stated a dispatch window of within 14 days. The schedule for your consignment is confirmed at the time of quotation, since it depends on grade, tonnage and packing.

An Importer Exporter Code is issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade and is required for any business shipping goods out of India. Deshwali Minerals holds one; the number is being transcribed from the certificate and will be published here so overseas buyers can verify it independently.
Export — common questions
The quotation form accepts overseas delivery addresses, international tax identifiers and Incoterms, and consignments can be loaded into containers. The specific export markets currently served have not been published by the company and are confirmed on enquiry.
Minimum order quantity is 44 tonnes for quick lime and 42 tonnes for quick lime powder and hydrated lime. Container quantities are confirmed against the grade, packing format and vessel booking at the time of quotation.
Lime absorbs moisture and carbon dioxide from the air, so packing is matched to transit time and destination humidity. Sealed bags, lined jumbo bags and palletised loads are used where extended transit is expected. State the destination on your enquiry and we will recommend the format.
The quotation form lets you request Ex-Works, FOR/delivered within India, FOB or CIF, or ask us to advise. The terms available for a given destination are confirmed with the quotation.
