Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Last updated: September 2026. [TO BE REVIEWED BY THE COMPANY'S LEGAL ADVISER BEFORE PUBLICATION]

Who we are

Deshwali Minerals, Deshwali Minerals, Near Dharm Kanta, Borunda, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342604, India. For any question about this policy, contact contact@deshwaliminerals.com or +91 88750 20202.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through this website:

  • Quotation requests: company name, contact person, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, state, city, GSTIN or tax ID, the product and quantity you need, delivery location, required date, packaging preference, and any message or file you attach.
  • Contact messages: name, phone, and optionally email, location, product of interest and your message.
  • Technical information: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent string, recorded with each submission. We store a hash rather than your actual IP address — enough to prevent abuse, not enough to identify you.

Why we collect it

  • To prepare and send you a quotation, and to respond to your enquiry.
  • To contact you about the specific requirement you submitted.
  • To keep a record of commercial correspondence, as any supplier does.
  • To protect the website from automated abuse and spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If you sign in to the administrative area, a single strictly necessary cookie holds your session. The location map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads — that embed is Google's, and Google's privacy policy applies to it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and quotation requests are retained as commercial records. If you would like your details removed, write to contact@deshwaliminerals.com and we will delete them, other than anything we are required to retain for tax or legal reasons. [RETENTION PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE COMPANY]

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and we will respond.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Files you upload are stored outside the publicly served part of the website and are accessible only to authorised staff. Administrative access is password protected and every significant action is logged.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
