We manufacture what we sell
Deshwali Minerals calcines its own limestone. We are not re-badging someone else's material, which means grade questions get answered by the people who burnt it.

Graded to your feed system
Quick lime is supplied in 0–3 mm, 0–10 mm and 10–50 mm fractions. Tell us what your plant takes and the consignment is screened to match.

Packing decided by the journey
10 kg and 40 kg bags, jumbo bags or bulk. For long transit or humid destinations we recommend sealed and lined options rather than defaulting to the cheapest.

Minimum order quantities start at 42–44 tonnes. This is a business built for tonnage, not for retail parcels.

From quarry face to loaded truck
Seven stages stand between raw limestone and a consignment that meets specification. Each one narrows the variation the next stage has to deal with.

Raw Material
High-calcium limestone, selected and characterised before it reaches the kiln.
- 02
Crushing & Screening
Stone is reduced and screened to the size band the kiln is designed to burn.
- 03
Calcination
Limestone is burnt to drive off carbon dioxide, leaving calcium oxide.
- 04
Processing & Hydration
Burnt lime is sized, ground, or slaked into hydrated lime.

Specification is a promise, not a brochure line
Testing exists to answer one question before despatch: does this consignment match what the customer was told they would get?
Agreed before production
Grade, size band and packing are fixed at the quotation stage, so there is a defined target to test against.
Checked before despatch
Material is verified against that target. Anything outside the agreed band is held rather than shipped.
Documented on request
Batch test certificates can be issued with a consignment where a buyer's process requires them.

Minimum orders start at 42–44 tonnes. Packing, loading and documentation are matched to the destination — a container bound overseas is not packed like a tipper going up the highway.

Consignments can be stuffed into containers for onward movement by sea.
