What the business does
Deshwali Minerals manufactures and supplies calcium-based industrial minerals: quick lime, quick lime powder, hydrated lime and lime stone. The company operates from Borunda on the Jodhpur road, with the plant and head office on the same site.
The customer base is industrial rather than retail. Lime leaves this plant as a process input — a flux in a melt shop, an alkali in an effluent line, a stabiliser under a road, a disinfectant in a treatment works. Minimum order quantities of 42–44 tonnes reflect that: this is a business built around consignments, not parcels.
What buyers actually need from a lime supplier is repeatability. A grade that drifts between deliveries forces a plant to re-trim its process every time a truck arrives. Producing from a characterised feed, to an agreed size band, and testing against that band before dispatch is how that drift is kept out.
